ALUMINUM SCREW CAPS

We are a distributor of quality aluminum screw caps from Bramlage GmbH.

We have 23 colors of the BVS 30×60 mm screw caps for wine in stock.

According to our customers’ requirements, we can provide the sides and tops of the screw cap with individual logo printing at short notice.

TYPES OF LINERS

SARANEX: caps for standard use, available in 23 colors from stock. Pressure resistant up to 2 bar.

STAMP LINER: PVC/PVDC free, pressure resistant up to 6 bar. Extra protection against oxidation, limited range of colors on stock.

SARAN-TIN: Extra protection against oxidation for prolonged storage in bottle. For still wines only, pressure resistant only up to 1,5 bar. Matt black color on stock, other colors only on request, delivery approx. 8 weeks.

EVOH: PVC and PVDC free pressure resistant up to 5 bar. Only on request, delivery approx. 8 weeks.
